Order Changes

We cannot make changes to existing orders within 72 hours of the date needed.

Colours
Colours and colour shades shown on this website are for reference only and may vary from the final product due to differences in materials, lighting, and display settings. While we make every effort to accurately match colours, exact matches cannot be guaranteed. Unless specific colour requirements are clearly stated at the time of order, we will proceed with decoration based on the information provided. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these variations.

Cancellations

We do not provide refunds if an order cancellation is made within 72 hours of the date needed.

Order Pickup Policy

Customers are responsible for picking up their order at the agreed-upon date and time selected during checkout.

If you’re unable to arrive at your scheduled pickup time, it is your responsibility to contact us in advance to arrange an alternative time, if available.

Orders that are not picked up during their scheduled time will be held until the next available pickup date at our discretion. Please note that product quality will not be guaranteed beyond the original pickup window.

Failure to pick up your order does not qualify for a refund, credit, or replacement. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
